Job Vacancy: LTI Coordinator (Full Time)

Work Initiative Northside (WIN) is a local training initiative based in Northside Community Enterprises, Farranferris Education & Training Campus, Cork.

We deliver a full-time training course in Office Skills offering certification in QQI Level 4. This course aims to provide learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to work in a contemporary office environment. There is a strong focus on career planning and personal development.

We are seeking a Coordinator (Full Time) to oversee the delivery of the LTI programme.

Responsibilities:

To assist in the development of the LTI in consultation with all stakeholders.

· Facilitate learners in pursuing and achieving a major QQI 4 award in accordance with ETB training standards.

· Hands on delivery of training QQI accredited components & the marking and grading of QQI accredited awards.

Successful candidates must have the ability to tutor some or all the following:

QQI Level 4: Customer Service, Computer Applications, Communications, Functional Mathematics, Business English, Business Calculations, General Office Skills, Work Experience, Reception Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Environmental Sustainability Awareness.

Requirements:

· Must have teaching/tutoring experience and experience working with ETB/LTI projects for at least two years

· Relevant experience in delivering training to the target group of this LTI.

· A relevant qualification in line with CETB Trainer Criteria.(TQAS-8b-F17)

· Experience in teaching the above-named subjects,

· Experience in Training Quality Assessment System

· Strong administration and organisational skills
